For example if the website visitor intends to provide services to the entity that distributes and/or sells Springfree™ Trampoline products in Canada, the Sprinfree Entity is the legal entity that distributes and/or sells Springfree™ Trampoline products in Canada.

This Website is only accessible by a username and password that will be issued by the Springfree™ Entity to those individuals who have a professional need to use the Springfree™ Trampoline Brand Style Guideline. Once you have received such username and password you shall not allow others to use your username and password to access the website. The password will be reset and changed periodically.
Applicable law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the country in which the head office of the particular Springfee Entity is located (“Applicable Law Country”), save and except that if such place is within the United States of America, the Applicable Law Country shall be the Province of Ontario, Canada. The parties attorn to the jurisdiction of the Applicable Law Country and all Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court of the Applicable Law Country.
